Annual CE Events Calendar

Upcoming NJSOP Continuing Education Events


We encourage you to invite your office and clinical team members, including paraoptometric staff and associates to our events. New NJSOP members who joined this year are eligible for a 50% discount on registration fees for this year’s in-person events. 

Calendar 

  • September 25 - 26: Therapy By The Sea at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City (In-Person). Expected 150- 175 OD attendees. NJSOP Exhibit Hall - NJSOP Partners and other industry companies. 

  • November 15: Optometry Insights: Year-End CE and General Membership Meeting at the Battleground Country Club in Manalapan Township (In-Person). Expected 50 OD attendees. NJSOP Partners Priority Exhibit Hall.  

  • Keep in Mind - January/February, 2027:  Virtual Winter CE
    Expected 100 OD virtual attendees. NJSOP Partners Only Video Collection. 

  • Save the Date - April 18, 2027: Spring CE at the National Conference Center in East Windsor (In-Person). Expected 50-75 OD attendees. NJSOP Exhibit Hall - NJSOP Partners and other industry companies.

NJSOP CE Credits

In-Person Event CE Credit Disclaimer: Event courses will be New Jersey State Board of Optometrists (NJSBO), and CE Broker approved only (non-COPE courses). Courses will be accepted for CE credit in NJ, NY, PA, and FL.  If you are licensed in any other state, it is your responsibility to check with that state's Optometry Board to inquire if these courses will be accepted. Course outlines and speaker CVs will be added to the NJSOP event handout hub should you need to apply for approval for states not listed above. A separate email will be sent to all event registrants with instructions for accessing the handout hub when content is available.

Live Webinar CE Credit Disclaimer: Live webinar courses will be New Jersey State Board of Optometrists (NJSBO) approved only (non-COPE courses).  If you are licensed in any other state, it is your responsibility to check with that state's Optometry Board to inquire if these courses will be accepted. NJSOP CE Event Registration Refund Policy

In the event a NJSOP continuing education event attendee wishes to rescind their event registration, refunds may be requested through email or by mail to NJSOP. Refund requests received at least 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Requests made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued within 14 days of the event. However, registered attendees who experience an extenuating circumstance that prevents them from attending the event can request refund consideration via email or by mail. Refunds will be provided in the manner in which the registered attendee paid.

NJSOP CE Event Information and Image Sharing Policies

Attendee Information Sharing Policy: You have the option to opt out of sharing your information with exhibitors. By choosing to opt out, you may not receive exciting offers from our participating exhibitors and/or sponsors.

Attendee Image Sharing Policy: Photographs may be taken during this event and used in future NJSOP communications such as newsletters, websites, and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, you have the option to opt out.

NJSOP CE Event Conduct and Personal Property Policies

We reserve the right to remove any NJSOP event attendee or exhibitor who is being disruptive. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

NJSOP is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or stolen property during or related to this event. Attendees are responsible for their conduct and property, and any expenses beyond the registration fee.
