About the speaker: Dr. Gabay specializes in medical, surgical, and laser treatment of glaucoma at the Phillips Eye Center. She is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 2019, 2020, and 2021. Dedicated to research and innovation. Dr. Gabay graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where she was Chief Resident. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, New York Glaucoma Society, and the New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology.

During this lecture, Dr. Gabay will discuss managing intraocular pressure and the psychological challenges of patient care, offering practical strategies for improving outcomes.

About the speaker:  Dr. Jaime Falco is a highly skilled optometrist with extensive experience in primary eye care and specialty contact lens fittings. A 2009 graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry, she has performed over 25,000 contact lens fittings, working with a diverse range of lens types to provide optimal vision solutions for her patients.

Dr. Falco is well-versed in the medical management of ocular conditions such as dry eye disease, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. In addition to her full-time practice in Green Brook, NJ, she serves as a consultant for industry leaders such as Alcon and Bausch + Lomb, contributing to the development and marketing of innovative contact lens technologies. She also offers nutritional and lifestyle counseling to her patients as part of her holistic approach to eye care.

An active member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP) and the American Optometric Association (AOA), Dr. Falco remains committed to advancing the profession and staying at the forefront of eye care advancements.

Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Falco is an avid adventurer with a passion for travel, nature photography, and ecotourism.
